Douglas Fir Material
We provide premium douglas fir materials for projects nationwide, featuring large dimension timbers suitable for post and beam or timber frame construction. Furthermore, we offer tongue and groove boards for interior and exterior applications, as well as a variety of siding options.
Timbers
We provide coastal Douglas fir timbers available in various sizes, ranging from 2" to 24" in thickness. Our offerings include Select Structural, #1, and #2 grades in boxed heart or free of heart center. Customers can choose between rough sawn full dimension or S4S (4 Sides Planed and Squared).
Tongue and Groove
We provide kiln-dried Douglas fir tongue and groove boards in sizes 1x6, 1x8, 1x12, and 2x6. Our selection features a tight knot grade with a penny gap on one side and a v-groove on the opposite. Additionally, we can accommodate special orders for clear vertical grain for larger quantities.
Siding
For your natural siding needs, you've come to the right place. We offer kiln-dried 1x6, 1x8, and 1x12 boards featuring an S3S finish (two edges and side planed). These boards are ideal for board and batten applications or can be customized with a shiplap profile upon request. The image shows the planed side on the bottom and rough side at the top.
